Professional Instruction
All Galactic Gymnastics classes and programs are designed to be safe, progressive, and fun for athletes of all ages, abilities and skill levels.
Miss Tanaya brings over 30 years of gymnastics coaching experience to Galactic Gymnastics. She studied education, child development, and exercise science in college and holds numerous professional certifications. As a USA Gymnastics National Instructor and judge, she brings expert knowledge in athlete development, skill progression, and gymnastics safety.

Our classes are designed for every athlete, regardless of age, ability, or experience level. While students build strength, coordination, flexibility, and body awareness, they also develop lifelong fitness habits and valuable life skills that extend far beyond the gym.
Through intentional coaching, we help students overcome fears, embrace challenges, strengthen their work ethic, set meaningful goals, and build lasting confidence. We also emphasize social growth by teaching teamwork, communication, respect, and sportsmanship in every class.
