Class Descriptions

 Our preschool gymnastics program will help your child develop balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility in a fun and welcoming environment. We offer age based classes for 1 to 5 year olds. Each 45 minute long class will include cognitive learning aspects, music, stamps, and themes that will keep your child wanting to come back for more!

Our recreational gymnastics program will help build your child’s strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness as well as determination and confidence.  We offer 55 minute long classes for both boys and girls ages 5 to 18 years old that include training on all the traditional gymnastics events/apparatus.

In our aerial arts classes, your child will learn acrobatic skills on a variety of apparatus including silks, hammock, lyra, web, and trapeze. All levels are welcome.  We teach all aspects of aerial arts including climbing and descending techniques, foot locks, wraps, spins, and drops!  These 55 minute long classes are for ages 6 through adults and will increase your strength and flexibility in a fun way!!  

We offer tumbling classes for school age students at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Our tumbling classes focus on developing the strength, flexibility, and proper technique that will allow each student to progress quickly and safely.  Students will learn both front and back tumbling skills as well as aerials and balance skills. We will utilize the trampolines and other training equipment to ensure fun and success on our way to the more advanced tumbling skills.

 These classes are tailored to students with Special Needs. A parent or caregiver must be present and ready to assist in class as needed. We welcome all students and intend to offer everyone the same experience in the gym with their comfort and enjoyment of the utmost importance.  Gymnastics has been proven to have amazing benefits to children of all physical and mental capabilities and we want to share that with as many students as possible.  Please contact us for special rates for these classes.

We offer classes specifically for Brevard County’s homeschool community. This 55 minute class will include all the benefits of our gymnastics classes plus physical education aspects and cooperative games that encourage children to work together while working out! Homeschool Class is for boys and girls ages 5 and up and is currently offered on Thursdays at 11:00am or Fridays at 10:30am.

Is your gymnast extremely talented and hard working?  They could be a part of our competitive gymnastics team!  This group of girls trains several hours a week in the gym and travels to competitions throughout Florida.  Give us a call for more information about this select group.
